Marcel Goh is a PhD student studying mathematics at McGill University. His short story “The Vigil” was featured in Best Canadian Stories 2025, and his short memoir “Lanterns” won the Malahat Review's 2024 Constance Rooke CNF Prize. His writing has also appeared in Ricepaper, Existere, and The Prairie Journal. He can be found online at marcelgoh.ca.

Jonah Saks is a writer and musician from Montréal. You can find some of his poetry in The Imagist, Crab Apple Literary, and Rainbug Poetry Press. He loves to compose music for the guitar and is an avid performer. He's currently teaching math at CEGEP. Find him at jonahsaks.github.io.

Poetry Editors

Sarah Des Rosiers-Legault is a poet from Montréal, where she lives with her dog, Bambi. She served as poetry editor for yolk in 2020. She recently earned her MFA in poetry from the University of Oregon, where she also taught undergraduate poetry workshops.

Laura Mota-Juang is a Taiwanese-Brazilian shameless experimentalist from São Paulo and based in Tiohtià:ke. She's the author of Light Spill (Block Party Press 2023), a chapbook inspired by physics' imagination, and co-author of friend/shapes friend/scapes (2024). She is currently painting playful creatures on thrifted garments at No Fiction Projects. Find her on Instagram at @imnofiction.

Ari Mazur is a writer and editor based in Montréal. She has a degree in creative writing and several years of experience working across publishing, medical education, and digital media. She co-runs Soapbox Lit, a reading series that spotlights local indie writers, and has a soft spot for fiction that’s a little off-kilter.

Sally Cunningham is a writer and instructional designer based in Montréal. Her writing can be found in Riddle Fence, yolk, and Paragon Press. Visual Arts Editor

Petra Wenzel is an artist and writer based in Montréal. Recently she participated in the pop-up research exhibition Moments Within Process, and was the on-set photographer for the short film Miss Stratford. She is currently pursuing her BFA in photography at Concordia University.

Guest Poetry Editor

Jeremy Audet was raised in Saudi Arabia, Sweden, and Canada. His writing has been awarded the Bridge Prize, shortlisted for the Montréal International Poetry Prize and The Malahat Review's Long Poem Prize, and longlisted for the UK National Poetry Competition. He is a recipient of Upstart & Crow's 2025 Micro-Poetry Grant. He is the Non-Fiction Editor for yolk.
